Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products made by A2Z Prototyping ("A2Z," "we," "us," or "our"), including PinotPlanner, our wine-country trip-planning app (the "App"). By using our products, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use our products, and must provide a phone number you control in order to register.

Your account

Accounts are verified by text message and, on trusted devices, a push confirmation. You're responsible for keeping your device secure. If you lose access to your phone number or your devices, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of trip plans, comments, and recommendations you add. By posting a recommendation publicly, you're granting other users of the App permission to view it as part of the app's community recommendations feature.

No payment processing

The App helps groups track and split shared expenses, but does not process payments. Settling up happens outside the App, between users directly.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that our products will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2Z Prototyping will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
